Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy
If any purchased product is out of stock, the customer can choose one of the following options:
Product Exchange

The customer can select another available product in place of the out-of-stock item.

The exchange will be applicable only for same price products.

If the selected product has a higher price, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the selected product has a lower price, the price difference will not be refunded — it will remain as store credit for future use.
Refund

If the customer prefers a refund instead of exchange, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

Payment gateway / transaction charges and other applicable fees will be deducted before the refund.

Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and will be processed within their standard time frame.
Customers cannot cancel the complete order.
Only the out-of-stock items from the order can be cancelled.

Our goal is to provide the best service to every customer.
In case a product is out of stock, we offer the flexibility to choose another product of the same value or receive a refund after applicable charges.
7-Day Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package back.
Items sent to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item first, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Domestic Orders (Within India) – Exchange Policy

Exchange is available only if the delivered product is defective or damaged

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear proof via WhatsApp or Email

No exchange or return will be accepted for size issues, personal dislike, color differences, design variation, or preference-based reasons

We display real product photos to ensure customers receive the same item as shown. Model photos may be used for representation

International Orders – Return & Exchange Policy

In a rare case where an item is received extremely damaged or defective, and valid proof (photos & videos) is provided:

Offer a discount or commercial adjustment depending on the case
