By placing an order through this Website you agree to the terms below.
These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase.
In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or have us process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
saanju will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received within 7 days of receipt of the item and the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase.
We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
saanju will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund any shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
saanju will honor any valid warranty claims if submitted within 90 days of receipt.
Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim.
Once received, saanju will process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Upon confirmation, you may choose from:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) refund in store credit
(c) replacement item (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time (Domestic – India)
In general, domestic shipments across India are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
4.2 Transit Time (International)
International orders are usually delivered within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the courier company and destination country.
Delivery timelines are as per the courier partner’s schedule.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during business hours (except national holidays).
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
We can update your delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
saanju can ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for P.O. boxes.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses via postal services (e.g., USPS). Courier delivery is not available.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If any item is out of stock, we will hold your order until it becomes available or contact you to arrange alternatives.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment’s progress with real-time courier updates.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible, and contact our support team.
If delivered in your absence, please reach out to customer service immediately.
7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of goods on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International customers may be required to pay import duties or taxes upon arrival.
These vary by country.
If you refuse to pay such charges, the goods will be returned to saanju at your expense, and you will receive a refund minus return shipping and original shipping costs.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched.

9. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the declared courier value.
9.1 Parcel Damaged In Transit
Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier completes their investigation.
9.2 Parcel Lost In Transit
Refund or replacement will be processed once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
